Care Instructions:
Woody’s Jerky Capital of the World, takes great pride in providing the highest quality product. While these products are durable and will last a period of time at room temperature, they must be refrigerated as soon as possible. Do not store in seal bag due to moisture that collects in the bag will cause mold. We suggest storing in refrigerator wrapped in paper. If you will not use the product within 7 days, we recommend freezing until ready to use. White color that may appear of jerky is the salt rising in the curing process.
