If I am driving from south texas, to due east texas, then I would pass through Centerville to get a pound of two of this jerky. I've eaten Buffalo jerky from many different places and by far this is the best.. I just like the Thick Buffalo jerky. The hot jerky quite peppery and is great if you eat a couple of stick, but grows on you just and much as the regular. Hard to put down and not eat the whole pound on the rest of the drive.
