Shipping Information

All shipments will be made via UPS for Texas residents and 2nd Day Air for all out of state orders. UPS Next Day shipping is available upon request. A physical address must be provided where the party receiving the shipment can be reached during the week. UPS will not deliver to a post office box. Woody's Smokehouse puts forth every effort to ship orders on a timely basis. Delivery is within two days. However, during holiday seasons, please allow seven days for delivery. Items are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only.

Woody's Smokehouse is not liable for any order properly sent but not received. The customer is responsible for the package contents, payment of the product(s) and shipping costs once the package is shipped.

All out-of-state orders will be shipped 2nd Day Air. Call for Alaska and Hawaii shipping charges. During the holiday season, please allow extra time for shipping.

Minimum Order

All items have a minimum of one-half pound quantities. Smoked Turkeys, Smoked Hams and Smoked Chickens are sold whole only. The actual weight may vary.

Product Shipment

All perishable products are frozen before shipping. The items received may have thawed slightly during shipment. Place the products in the refrigerator (for up to 5-6 days) or freezer if not using immediately. Please also store jerky in the refrigerator or freezer, as it has a tendency to mold when left out for long periods of time. All products are guaranteed.

Special Ordering Instructions

These instructions apply to December Orders and Gift Boxes.

Woody's encourages you to phone in your Christmas gift orders as soon as possible. Orders taken after December 15 may not be shipped before Christmas.

Standard gift boxes come with a mix between peppered and non-peppered products. No substitutions or special requests will be granted. If a product listed as part of a gift box is not available at the time of order, a product of like kind and value will be substituted.
